We shall see. The vineyard has been neglected
and overrun with deer for a while and I am
working to bring it back into production.

Description

Ray Christensen owns a parcel that includes about 2 acres of the original Hooper Vineyard. Don Mattrick owns an adjacent parcel of about an acre with more original vines. Ray’s section is about 60% old vine Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% old vine Zinfandel. Mattrick’s vineyard is entirely Zinfandel. Soils are the Francisquito series.
