An Ah-So wine opener is ideal for opening wines over 10 years old to prevent the cork from breaking or crumbling. To use, insert the longer of the two prongs between the cork and lip of the bottle, then insert the shorter prong on the opposite side of the cork. Next, wiggle the Ah-So back and forth to ease both prongs further into the neck of the bottle. (Be sure to take your time to avoid pushing the cork into the bottle.) When the prongs are fully inserted into the bottle, twist and pull up to remove the cork from the bottle.
