A multitude of varieties, including Zinfandel, Carignan, Durif (aka Petite Sirah), Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Tempranillo, Mission, Alicante Bouschet and three other teinturiers, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, Muscadelle de Bordelais (aka Sauvignon Vert), Colombard, Monbadon (aka Burger), Palomino, and Sylvaner.
